Step by step listed below.
1-So to recap i turned laptop off
2- Removed Phillips screws and Bezel carefully
3- Unplugged camera cable very gently.
4-Turned laptop on, allowed windows to boot
5- Plugged cable back in once booted up.
6- Let windows plug & Play auto install.
