ahhh this is my first smartphone my dad bought me…. So many memories with this note 3….
Fixing it is not bad either. The USB port is a plug in module, if I remember. I got it when it came ou, and handed it down, for 5 years. I still have it in a drawer.
Im sorry but get a new phone a $150-$200 phone is way better than that im sorry I used to have one and now I have a s21 ultra and the note 3 is ass compared to even a $150 phone

This phone is sick only if it is Custom ROMmed. This thing can handle Android 10! And Android 11 when a better ROM than LineageOS comes out (I don't like LineageOS because it has always given me problems). The only thing holding this phone back is the fact that its camera doesn't have OIS and that it has a 32 bit chip (though it is the best one). I didn't choose to get a Note 4 because of the back firing speaker and didn't get the Note 5 because it doesn't have and SD card slot. In my opinion, the next best note is the Note 8, and for the A series, the A31 looks like a good phone for the price by looking at the specs. I chose to get a Note 3 and not an A series phone because it is wayyy cheaper (I'm talking $60 to $80!) and genuinely, more fun to use. I recommend the Resurrection Remix OS ROM as it has the most customizability I have ever seen on an Android 10 ROM, even better than HavocOS, another great ROM but outdated for the Note 3. The latest (unofficial) RROS release came out just a few days ago, comparing that to HavocOS 3.7 that came out in June 2019…
note 3 was and will always be my favorite phone from the note line, especially because of the screen, stylus(huge improvement from the 2) and that beautiful leather-like back
Still using mine. The 5.7" screen has the perfect ratio of height and width. Thinking about upgrading but hard to find a phone with the equivalent screen size. Even the Galaxy S21 screen at 6.2" is narrower than the Note 3. When looking at the screen your eyes see more width than height. I would need to upgrade to S21+ to come close to the width of the Note 3 but its a much bigger phone.
I have been using the note 8 for the last 2 years and it has been awsome, but I still have my note 3. I used the note 3 about 4 years, and it was great. I still use it home on wifi from time to time just because I like it so much. One of the best phones ever!

Both me and my brother had one of these phones each and both of them were broken. My phone kept turning off every thirty seconds and his battery was bad.just to note they were both sealed

Still daily drive my note 3 typing this on mine. I'm pissed mine was all original still is glass has not been cracked sense it's release till this year took this phone almost 8 Years before I tossed it on my bed and it hit something hard and bam spider cracked right at the home button and back button and spreads up about half the phone from the back button to the left side so yeah sucks I was so mad. Love my note 3 I won't root mine tho I keep mine to lollipop stock. It still runs great but I do need a replacement battery the original is getting old starting to not to live long. Mine is the 32b 3gb ram 13mp 4k 29.970p fps video recording.

I like your reviews, but I highly disagree in the touchwiz not usable thing. I've had a galaxy grand Duos in 2018 which was a very low end phone with Android 4.1 and it served me well. This depends a hell lot. Some people think performance must be iPhone class, and I highly disagree on that, because smartphones are computers like any other.
